Yes you can, but you need both isos (not the files) and of cource you need them in a partition that won't get nuked during install.

Because of the number of problems associated with corrupted files being downloaded, Red Hat has removed that option from the installer. It is now required that you use ISO files. The integrity of the ISOs can be verified using md5sums which are published for all RH ISO files. This eliminates problems for the customer-support/mailing-list since we just ask "Have you checked the md5sums of your ISO files?"
