For use fluxbox perhaps you need kdm_fix.lzm.
Logout kde and choose in session fluxbox,if not start first time try again. You can add another desktops like afterstep or xfce see in modules slax and converted to .lzm then logout and choose in session. Default is kde.
If you want that kdm ask for password use this
autoexec=xconf;kdmpassword;kdm
If you want that kdm ask for login use this (user is root you need type it):
autoexec=xconf;kdmlogin;kdm
directly to kde without kdm stops:
autoexec=xconf;kdm
fluxbox starts for me but is untested,xterm works and some entries but other not.I believe need customize for user.
